Shipping and payment terms
The following conditions apply to shipping:
We deliver both domestically and to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary. Domestic deliveries:
Domestic deliveries are free of charge for orders over € 50. Up to a purchase value of € 50 we charge a shipping fee of € 5.90 per order.
The shipping costs include VAT.
Deliveries abroad:
For deliveries to the EU countries listed, we charge a flat rate of € 14.90 including VAT.
Delivery times:
Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. The delivery takes place latest within 5 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract has been concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
For orders for collection in our shop, the goods are usually ready for collection on the next working day unless otherwise stated in the product description.
